This template agreement is not mandatory and follows the model of the Medicines Australia and Medical Technology Association of Australia suite of clinical trial research agreements. It was endorsed by all jurisdictions at the Clinical Trials Project Reference Group meeting on 13 April 2022.

We recommend you make it available to relevant parties to use by adding a link to it on your website.

Any changes to clauses are between contracting parties and their respective legal counsel and should be added to Schedule 1. The Southern Eastern Border States panel will not review any changes to clauses in this agreement.
